We use Hospal Integra dialysis machines. We utilise both hemoscan and diascan monitoring for blood volume and dialysis adequacy measuring. Hemoscan is a non-invasive continuous blood volume monitoring system which is used for customised fluid removal. Diascan is an on-line dialysis performance measurement for real time quality assurance. We also incorporate ultrafiltration and dialysate conductivity profiling into our patient care |
